The company safety committee utilizes developed programs to handle all food related issues including traceability and implementing the food recall program if needed.
We’re very selective about who we buy from because we know our customers are also picky like us. If something isn’t good we won’t bring it in. Our experienced procurement staff has long-standing partnerships with the best growers out there.
Our skilled warehouse staff takes great care when handling any product. We’re committed to following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and we audit ourselves regularly, by conducting third-party independent facility audits.
Our warehouses are equipped to store everything from potatoes to cheese and are maintained at strict temperature controls. All the vehicles in our fleet have temperature controlled storage because we are serious about maintaining the cold chain and bringing our customers the quality of product they expect.
